Andy is the heart and soul to this farm. He has been dabbling in the growing and preparing of food since 1995. He started experimenting with farming basics on his parents property which is now home to Sprouting Acres farm. Andy has a BA in food systems technology from UW-Stout and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Madison. Andy continues to cook at home every day as well as teach cooking classes in Stoughton on Monday nights.
