To do well in any of our positions, you must work quickly and efficiently, be detail oriented, communicate thoughtfully and take pride in the farm’s success. We prioritize offering additional responsibilities, pay increases, and employment opportunities to match each crew member’s mastery and commitment to the farm.

Available Positions for 2026

Farm Crew Members are the backbone of our farm operation and are involved in daily tasks such as transplanting, harvesting, weeding, cleaning, and record-keeping. Please note this is a physically demanding position with exposure to the weather elements. This is an entry to mid-level position with some farm experience preferred, but not required.
Commitment: May/June – August/September or beyond if available.
Compensation: $12-16/hour, based on experience

The prep cook will prepare dough, produce, meats, and desserts for our pizza nights and private events (if available). This person should be efficient, organized, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. We are looking for someone with experience and someone who will be able to work this position independently after basic training.
Commitment: May thru October; 2-6 days per month possibly more with events
Compensation: $12-16/hour, based on experience

We are hiring kitchen staff for the season! Our kitchen crew positions may include dough stretching, pizza topping, working at the wood-fired ovens, delivering pizza from kitchen to ovens and basic food preparation. We are looking for a front of the house cashier. This person will greet and direct guests to help them have the best experience on the farm. This position also manages walk-in orders, works closely with kitchen staff and customers.
Commitment: 2 days per month

Come wash dishes for us! Work with a fun kitchen crew and keep our dishes nice and clean. Will train if needed.
