Five Course Dinner-on-the-Farm

Come on out to the farm for something completely different! Did you know that before Farmer Andy was a farmer, he was a chef at some of the best restaurants in Madison?! Join us for a very special evening: Sprouting Acres’ first 5 course farm dinner – a meal & a setting you won’t forget!

Dinner will be served outside if the weather permits (or in the blue barn if Mother Nature gets cranky). This is a limited seating dinner, and tickets can be purchased with or without adult beverages. Check out the menu (below) which will highlight seasonal veggies from the farm, plus fare from other local farms.

Wear your high school prom tux/dress – or something a bit more comfortable! :) Just come, and enjoy a fun-filled night with great food from the farm.

Menu:

• Charcuterie platter with a selection of local cheese, and baguette toasts

• Wood-fired sweet pepper, mushroom and arugula salad with lemon, fresh herbs and a roasted red pepper and tomato soup

• Maple-Aji Rico pepper glazed salmon with red potatoes, green beans and dill

• Braised beef short ribs with gruyere-grits, spinach and a roasted garlic cream sauce

• Apple ricotta upside down tartlet with honey, lemon and cinnamon
